Welcome to the U.N.A.T.O Official Documenting System. U.N.A.T.O stands for the United Nations Abnormality Termination Organization. We are a government funded paramilitary organization stationed primarily within the United States, but with operational bases stationed across other continents. Our primary mission is to terminate abnormalities deemed unsafe and hazardous to humanity's long-term survival. In rare cases, of course, we do conduct research and controlled experiments on contained entities.

NEW PERSONNEL ORIENTATION
If you are a new hire, please report to your assigned Regional Command Center within 72 hours of receiving this documentation. You will undergo:
• Medical and psychological evaluation
• Security background verification
• Basic anomaly awareness training
• Equipment familiarization
• Assignment to your designated Termination Specialist team or research department
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
• All anomalous encounters must be reported within 6 hours
• Unauthorized discussion of UNATO operations is strictly prohibited
• Mental health support available 24/7 through Medical Services Division
